The case study to determine the peculiarities of Miscanthus giganteus aboveground biomass formation depending on sewage sludge and composts rate carried out in Precarpathian region Ivano- Frankivsk province sod-podzolic soils. largest area leaf surface miscanthus is formed trials where fresh was applied 20 - 40 t/ha. increases from 19 up 24.0 cm2/plant, yield raw mass plants at level 23.5 25.1 t/ha due increasing rates application. highest indicators net photosynthesis productivity were found period intensive growth, which amounted 7.78 g/m ² /day maturation 7.56 trial SS + N 10 P 14 K 58 . amount dry significantly depends height shoot plants. use compost based straw a ratio 3: 1 30 contributes weight 15
